How Attorney Pro Marketing collects, uses, shares and protects personal information — and the rights California residents have over it.

Attorney Pro Marketing, Inc. · Beverly Hills, California Effective October 2026 Last updated October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Attorney Pro Marketing, Inc. (“Attorney Pro Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit attorneypromarketing.com, submit a form, make a payment, or interact with our advertising — and what we do with it.

It applies to this website, to our social media pages including our Facebook page, and to the marketing and sales communications we send. It does not apply to the websites of our clients, which are governed by their own policies.

★ The Short Version
  • We collect what you give us through our forms, plus standard analytics about how the site is used.
  • We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Authorize.Net.
  • We use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads retargeting. Under California law, that counts as “sharing” personal information for advertising — and you can opt out at any time.
  • We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never sell or share it with other marketing agencies.
  • California residents can ask us what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop the advertising sharing.

Who We Are

Attorney Pro Marketing, Inc. is a digital marketing agency serving law firms and attorneys. Our office is at 9454 Wilshire Blvd., Penthouse Floor, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. We are the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Attorney Pro Marketing provides marketing and technology services only. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit a free audit request, a consultation request, a contact form, or any other form on this site, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, that typically includes your name, email address, telephone number, law firm name, practice area, the city or market you serve, and anything you choose to write in a message or notes field.

If you email us or call the number on this site, we keep that correspondence and the contact details it contains so we can respond and follow up. We do not record, transcribe, or monitor telephone calls.

Payment information

Payments made through our online payment page are processed by Authorize.Net, a third-party payment gateway. Your card number, expiration date and security code are entered directly into a form hosted by Authorize.Net and transmitted to them. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.

We do receive and retain the name, firm name, email address and payment description you enter, the amount paid, the date, and a confirmation or transaction reference, along with the last four digits and card type. We keep these to issue receipts, maintain our books, and resolve any billing question or dispute.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically receive your IP address, approximate location derived from it (typically city or region, not street address), browser type and version, operating system and device type, the pages you view and how long you spend on them, the site or advertisement that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We and our providers use them to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and to measure and target advertising.

AnalyticsMeasuring traffic, pages viewed, time on pageGoogle Analytics
Advertising & retargetingMeasuring ad performance and showing you our ads on other sites and on Facebook and InstagramGoogle Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on, manage Google advertising personalisation in your Google My Ad Center, and manage Meta advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to your enquiry and prepare the audit or proposal you asked for; to provide, support and invoice our services; to process payments and keep accurate financial records; to send service communications and, where you have asked for them, marketing emails; to measure and improve the website and our advertising; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; and to comply with our legal and tax obligations.

We do not use your personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

How We Share Information

We disclose personal information to service providers who perform functions on our behalf and are contractually limited to using it for those functions. These currently include our website host, our email and CRM provider, Google (analytics and advertising), Meta Platforms (advertising), and Authorize.Net together with our bank and merchant processor for payments. We also use professional advisers such as our accountant.

We disclose information where the law requires it — in response to a subpoena, court order, or lawful request from a public authority — and where we need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or protect the rights, property or safety of Attorney Pro Marketing, our clients or others. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will post notice here if that happens.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not sell or trade our enquiry list to other marketing agencies, lead brokers, or any other third party.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California law defines “sharing” broadly. Because we use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads retargeting, information about your visit may be disclosed to Google and Meta so they can show you our advertising on other websites and platforms. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, that activity is treated as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you have the right to stop it.

We do not share personal information about consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

To opt out, do any one of the following — each works on its own:

  • Email info@attorneypromarketing.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
  • Call us at (310) 496-7306 and tell us you want to opt out.
  • Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour automatically.
  • Block or delete advertising cookies in your browser settings.

Opting out does not stop you using the site, and we will not treat you differently for doing it.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights over the personal information we hold about you:

  • Right to know. Ask what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
  • Right to delete. Ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions such as completing a transaction or meeting our tax and record-keeping obligations.
  • Right to correct. Ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Stop the advertising sharing described above.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as the statute defines it, so there is nothing to limit — but the right remains available to you.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Email info@attorneypromarketing.com or call (310) 496-7306 and tell us which right you want to exercise.

Before we act on a request to know, delete or correct, we need to verify who you are. We will usually do that by matching the email address or phone number in your request against what we already hold, and we may ask for one further piece of information. We will not ask you for more information than we need, and anything you give us for verification is used only for that purpose and then deleted.

We respond to a verifiable request within 45 days. If we need more time we will tell you within that period and may take up to a further 45 days, for 90 days in total. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we will explain why before doing anything.

An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf if they provide written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm it.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep enquiry and audit-request information for as long as we are in contact with you about it and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. We keep client records and payment records for as long as the engagement lasts and then for the period our tax, accounting and legal obligations require. Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in Google Analytics. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or render it unidentifiable.

How We Protect Information

This site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. Card payments are handled entirely by Authorize.Net on their own hosted form, and our payment credentials are stored in a server-side configuration file that is not readable from the web. Access to our email, CRM and analytics accounts is restricted to people who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by California law.

Children

This website is directed to attorneys and law firms. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links and Social Media

Our site and our social media pages link to websites we do not control, including client websites, Google, and Meta properties. This policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. When you interact with our Facebook page, Meta also collects information under its own policies and its own terms.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. Material changes will be posted here, and if the change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you directly.
