A Law Firm Marketing Agency
Run by Someone Who Practiced Law

Attorney Pro Marketing is a law firm marketing agency that works only with attorneys. Google Ads, Google Business Profile, websites, landing pages and AI visibility — built by a lawyer who spent 17 years doing his own firm's marketing and signing the cases it produced.

By Alon Darvish · Former Bankruptcy Attorney, 17 YearsUpdated October 2026

Most law firm marketing agencies are generalist agencies with a legal page on their website. They sell the same website, the same SEO retainer and the same Google Ads account to a plumber on Monday and a personal injury firm on Tuesday. The difference shows up in the details that decide whether a campaign produces signed cases: which searches signal a real client versus someone looking for free advice, what a bar-compliant ad can and cannot say, and how a frightened person on a phone at 11 p.m. decides which attorney to call.

Attorney Pro Marketing was built the other way around. Founder Alon Darvish practiced bankruptcy law for 17 years, filed more than 5,000 cases, and ran all of his own firm's marketing — 40 to 50 new cases a month at its peak. The agency exists to do for other attorneys what he did for his own practice.

★ The Short Version
  • A law firm marketing agency that serves attorneys only — no other industries.
  • Founded and run by a former practicing attorney, not a sales team.
  • Google Ads, Google Business Profile, websites, landing pages and AI visibility under one roof.
  • Month-to-month. No long-term contracts. Your domain and ad accounts stay in your firm’s name.
  • Every engagement starts with a free audit reviewed personally, not generated by software.

What Makes This Law Firm Marketing Agency Different

Three things, and none of them are slogans.

The person planning your campaigns has signed retainers

Marketing for a law firm is intake, not advertising. The campaign only matters if the call that follows becomes a consultation and the consultation becomes a signed client. Having sat across from thousands of prospective clients, we build campaigns around the questions people actually ask at the moment they decide to hire — and we write landing pages the way an attorney explains a case in a first meeting, not the way an agency copywriter imagines it.

Your accounts stay in your name

Your Google Ads account, your Google Business Profile and your domain are registered to your firm, with us added as a manager — never buried inside an agency account you cannot get back. Your website is built on standard code and hosted by us as part of the engagement. Everything is month-to-month, so we earn the next month every month rather than relying on a contract term.

No contracts

All services are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. An agency that needs a 12-month contract to keep you is telling you something about the first 11 months.

AD
From 17 Years of Practice

The agency reports I saw during my years in practice — colleagues' and my own — were full of impressions and clicks, and none could say which of their efforts had produced a single signed case. The tracking we install for every client on day one is the thing those reports were missing: a line from each dollar spent to each client signed.

What the Agency Does

We run the five channels that produce clients for law firms, and we are deliberately not a full-service agency that also does billboards and brochures.

1

Google Ads management

Campaigns segmented by case type and urgency, bar-compliant ad copy, negative keyword lists that filter out free-advice seekers, weekly optimization and call tracking on every click.

2

Google Business Profile management

The Map Pack takes most of the calls on local legal searches. We claim, optimize and manage your profile — categories, services, posts, photos, Q&A and review responses that stay inside the rules of professional conduct.

3

Law firm websites

Fast, mobile-first sites built to rank locally and convert. Browse 150+ ready designs across six practice areas and have one customized for your firm.

4

Landing pages

One page per case type, written for how injured, arrested or divorcing clients search, with click-to-call and short forms. The difference between a 2% and an 8% conversion rate on the same ad spend.

5

Free 14-day period

Every engagement starts with a day-0 ranking snapshot, a new site and rebuilt profile live within three days, and a report 14 days after launch. You pay from day 15 only if the movement is worth it.

Around those five sits the work that makes them measurable: SEO and content written by a former attorney, review management, Local Services Ads, and call tracking that attributes every signed client to the channel that produced it.

Who This Law Firm Marketing Agency Works With

Solo attorneys and small firms, mostly. Our six practice-area specialties are personal injury, criminal defense, family law, immigration, bankruptcy and estate planning, because those are the areas where consumers search for a lawyer online and hire quickly. We work with firms nationwide from our office in Beverly Hills.

We are not the right agency for a firm that wants brand advertising with no accountability to case counts, for a practice area where clients arrive almost entirely by referral, or for a firm that cannot answer its phone. We will say so in the audit.

How an Engagement Starts

Every relationship begins with a free audit of your current presence: your Google Business Profile and Map Pack position, your website's speed and conversion path, any Google Ads account you are running (we look for wasted spend first), and the gap between you and the three firms taking most of the calls in your market. Alon reviews it personally and sends it within 24 hours. There is no sales script attached. Many firms take the audit and fix things themselves; that is fine.

If we work together, campaigns are typically live within five business days. Reporting is monthly, in calls and signed cases rather than impressions, with a live dashboard you can open at any time.

How to Choose a Law Firm Marketing Agency

Whether you hire us or someone else, ask these six questions before signing. The answers separate agencies that will produce cases from agencies that will produce reports.

  • What happens to the website, domain, content and ad accounts if we part ways? There is no single right answer — some agencies hand over everything, others host the site as part of the service — but you should have it in writing before you sign, not discover it on the way out.
  • What is the contract term? Month-to-month means the agency expects to earn your business every month.
  • How much of my monthly payment is ad spend and how much is your fee? If they will not separate the two, the fee is probably larger than you think.
  • How will you track which channel produced each signed client? Call tracking and intake-source recording, or they are guessing.
  • Who writes my ads and pages, and have they ever read a rule of professional conduct? Advertising rules differ by state and the firm, not the agency, carries the risk.
  • Will you tell me if a channel is not working? Ask for an example of a time they recommended a client spend less.

Our comparison of law firm marketing companies runs the major agencies through those same questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

A law firm marketing agency generates prospective clients for attorneys and tracks whether they become signed cases. In practice that means Google Ads management, Google Business Profile optimization for the Map Pack, a website and landing pages built to convert, review management, and call tracking that ties each new client back to the channel that produced them. Some agencies also sell leads directly on a pay-per-lead basis.

Attorney Pro Marketing sells three full-service packages: Foundation at $2,500 per month, Growth at $3,500 per month and Dominate at $4,500 per month, each including the website, Google Business Profile and (on Growth and Dominate) Google Ads management. Every engagement starts with a free 14-day period, and ad spend itself is separate and paid to Google from your own account. Across the industry, agency retainers for small firms typically range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars a month, often without ad spend separated out, which is why asking for the breakdown matters.

A legal-only agency understands the two things a generalist usually learns at your expense: how legal consumers search and decide, and what state advertising rules permit. The risk of a bar complaint over an ad an agency wrote sits with the firm, not the agency, so legal specialization is a compliance matter as well as a performance one.

Not with us. Every Attorney Pro Marketing service is month-to-month with 30 days' notice, and your domain, content and ad accounts stay in your firm’s name throughout. Long contracts are common in legal marketing; before signing one anywhere, confirm in writing what you keep if you leave.

Google Ads and Local Services Ads produce calls within days, but need roughly 60 days of conversion data before bidding stabilizes. Google Business Profile work typically shows Map Pack movement in two to six weeks and meaningful change over two to three months. SEO and content are six- to twelve-month investments. Ninety days is the minimum honest window for judging any channel.

Yes. The agency is based at 9454 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills and works with law firms nationwide. Google Ads, Google Business Profile and website work are location-independent, and local market research is part of every audit.

Attorney Pro Marketing works only with law firms, and has run campaigns across personal injury, criminal defence, family law, immigration, bankruptcy and estate planning. The founder practised bankruptcy law for 17 years, so that is the area of deepest first-hand experience. It is a fair question to ask any agency, and the follow-up worth asking is what specifically differs in your practice area — an agency that cannot name the differences has not worked in it.

Advertising rules are state-specific and the firm, not the agency, bears the risk of a non-compliant advertisement. We work within the common restrictions — no outcome guarantees, no unsubstantiated superlatives, required disclaimers, and care with testimonials and case results — and we flag anything that looks likely to need review under your state's rules. We are not a law firm and do not render ethics opinions; where a question is genuinely unsettled we will tell you to put it to your bar.

It mostly turns on volume and on what you want to own. An in-house marketer makes sense once there is enough consistent work to fill the role and enough institutional knowledge worth keeping inside the firm — usually at larger firms. An agency makes sense when you need several specialisms at once and cannot justify a salary for each. Many firms end up with both: an internal person who owns strategy, content and intake, and an outside team for the technical channels. For a solo or small firm, the honest answer is usually an agency or nothing, because a part-time generalist hire rarely produces either.
